Advocacy isn’t optional here. Helping our clients understand their options, amplifying their voices, and coaching them on how to best advocate for themselves, are key components of our support.

“The Lemon Grove is great and Marissa is very invested in her clients and doulas. She does so much for us including regular mentorship hours on the calendar and group therapy sessions with a licensed perinatal mental health specialist for us doulas to talk with and process this work. She also coordinates opportunities for doula workshops, in-services/continuing ed, and of course the summer retreat! Overall the level of support has been exceptional. Mentorship is so helpful if you’re a newer doula.”
